Supreme Court and Bilski vs. Kappos
On November 9, 2009, the Supreme heard oral arguments in Bilski vs. Kappos in an en banc appeal from the Federal Circuit. The appeal concerns the application of the "machine-or-transformation" test for patentability of process claims under 35 U.S.C. § 101.
